At Link Beauty Wholesale, we strive to ensure your salon or retail business is stocked with the highest quality products; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused beauty supplies.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure that the items are in their original, sealed packaging and have been purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our wholesale support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your professional beauty products to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside of the box with your assigned RMA number.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a credit to your original payment method or apply a balance to your wholesale account within 5-7 business days.
